Why would you accept the payment in advance of knowing how you were going to withdraw it to your bank?!

I think 2checkout not support the bank transfer, only paypal option is,
BTW you may withdraw that fund to paypal than sale your paypal to any exchanger (y)

Does 2CO offer payment by US dollar check? If yes, you can use that to withdraw money

The best option for 2co is to transfer the money into a Payoneer Debit Card. As far as I've checked they're working in India

    Toke from Payoneer FAQ.

Can I apply for the card from India?
Due to instructions from the Indian local banking authorities, Payoneer Prepaid MasterCard cards cannot be offered to applicants in India.
If you wish to receive funds from a company that offers Payoneer, please contact us with the company name and we will be happy to offer you the Global Bank Transfers service to allow you to get your funds directly to your local Indian bank account.

YES , you can receive remittance from 2CO to Local Indian Bank directly.
As far i know , i used 2CO in JAN-FEB 2013 ...& never faced problem in remittance to indian bank.

Also , its Quite reliable.Payments are sent every Wednesday ...so you will receive them normally on Friday in your account :)

Their fees are from 2.5 to 5% for each transaction - I know that because I'm working with them - and if I post something on a forum, I'm not doing just to make post, I'm doing it to help the person, all the Indians that I'm working with are paid like this in this moment.

Is very simple, are many persons from European Union that are able to obtain the Payoneer card and then ship it to India for the use of the person that they are working with. I've hired some of these person and like this the transfer was so easy made. The withdraw limit is of 500 USD/day at a top of 2500 USD/month for India (as country). More details - I really don't have :) I just use the system I'm not the system :)
