I'm trying to transfer some files on one of my sites, to another one which is on a different hosting plan/domain etc

I can't figure out how to do it though. How do I do this?

That's the problem. It's not only a few files. It's 600+mb of files, and I have a very slow connection speed.

If you have root access to the servers, you can always do server to server ftp. It be faster than just downloading to your pc and uploading again.

If you have CPanel it may have an option to download a full backup as a tar.gz file , then you can unpack it and use FTP to upload.

I found this nice script that can download files from another site if that file is downloadable, pm me for more details. You don't need to use ftp at all.
