how to transfer domain to namcheap from go daddy

    Hellow guys.

    I wanna buy a domain

    but this is on godaddy.....

    i dont have verified paypal

    so i cant buy from godaddy.

    so is there any way to transfer the domain to namecheap and then buy??

    please need to know it urgently..
