Hi, my issue is https://directnic.com/ they have $3.99 domain transfers, but i read bad reviews there: http://www.web-hosting-top.com/review/directnic.com so my question is how to proceed if an domain registar keep a domain name in state "locked" and dont send any "authorization code" at a time when i want to transfer out? What website to visit, is there any form of super top level domain registar or such?
You must contact the ICANN via e-mail and provide them with proof (logs, e-mail) that your registrar refuses to give you the AUTH code, or uses unacceptable excuses in order not to reveal it. Be aware that ICANN has some rules that allow the registrar NOT to give you the AUTH code: You should take a look at the ICANN FAQ. http://www.icann.org/en/resources/registrars/transfers/name-holder-faqs
Domain name may be locked but still you can get auth code. Pl visit your account, manage domain and you may see it.
