    Hi,
Use the same registrar as the person you bought the domain from.. for example dynadot.com or godaddy.com ;)
Or without being scammed... I think the other person won't be seen as scammer, but you will (1 post and 0 feedback...)

So what do you EXACTLY mean?

this is depends on the registrar. there is no problem to do it and no need to worry much. take the EPP code from the current registrar and from the new registrar apply it through the controll pane option

Transfer of domain name from one registrar to another generally takes 5 days. But transfer between few registrar like from Godaddy to DirectI takes only few hours.

You can also move/push domain name under other account under same ICANN-Accredited Registrars. This process is almost instant. You can find your domain ICANN-Accredited Registrars from whois record.

your domain must be 60 days old in order to transfer a domain name from one registrar to another registrar.

The domain registrars will never take your domain away, if that is what you are worried about. If it is the payment part that you are talking about, that is something between you and the buyer. If a big amount is involved, use Escrow.

Pushing a domain is free with most registrars.
