How To transfer a domain ??

    I have 2 domain i want to transfer to namecheap. Ok here is what i am doing i am ordering the transfer and putting the EPP code i am putting the correct EPP code then they tell me auto verification of something. I wait 5-8 days then the order gets canceled can anyone tell me what to do ?

    contact the provider of the domain, and ask what happend.
    and ask them to help you.

    you think that i contacted them twice they tell me to read a pdf file i read it it says the admin of the domain should get an email but i never do get an email. and i can never transfer that domain . i really want to transfer that domain because it brings me traffic.

    You may want to also double check to make sure your whois information is up to date for the domain
