    Hi Guys,

It's been a while since I haven't transferred a domain name from Goddaddy, and as you all know the backoffice changed a little bit.

I surfed the forum up and down to get some info, but I haven't really found a step by step process on how to transfer the domain name.

This is what I did by now (steps which were normally available in the old times also):

    1) I unlocked the domain

    2) I changed the contact details

In an ideal situation, the new owner should receive an email from godaddy, right?

Some help or a link could be really helpful.

    Thanks for the help!

    Vladimir

If you transfered the domain and changed the contact details the new owner should get an email. Best and easy way to confirm and check everything is call their customer support. They are really helpful :) and you will be finished in minutes while over the phone :)
