Someone want to buy an exist domain name from me for $30
So please can any one tell me how do people trade domains step by step usually?
    I know I shall receive $30 first.
    What is next step?
and how the transfer process works?
who shall pay the transfer fee?

Please give me the direction step by step or any related information link.

    Thanks in advance

You push a domain and so does he. But if it is a really valuable domain you are exchanging then an escrow is recommended. Also you can look for websites which allow you to post trade requests.

    I just searched google.

Does "push a domain" mean these steps?
    1) Unlock domain
    2) Click "Change Account"
    3) Enter the new owner's email address and username.

will the new owner receive an email?
so what the new owner going to do next?

They'll be notified its pending transfer to them.
They then log into their account and accept it.

If they do not have an account with the same domain name registrar you have it registered with,
advise them that they have to create an account so you can "Push It" to them.
It costs them nothing to join.
Regarding transfer fees etc. Well that depends on who you are with. The better companies don't charge.

The registrar that you have the domain registered with should be able to provide you with this information as it should be part of their service.

I'd be asking them if you are unsure.

If you want to get into this seriously I can recommend an excellent program to join that will show you all the ins and outs with
Domain Name buying/selling. Website creation etc...

    Cheers
    Tim
