How to track visitors of facebook fanpage from Google Analytics ?

I have a facebook fanpage link in my website, I want to track using google anaytics that how many people are clicking on this link and going to the facebook fanpage ? Can anyone tell me the steps how to do it?

 

me too doesnt have idea in it, can let anyone to explain that...

 

Go to Google Analytics > In "Social" tab at the left side of page > there add your all social network URL's which you want to track.

Alternatively :

Open this link : https://www.google.com/analytics/we...9/?propertyComposite.tabId=socialSettingsTab/

You will find a TAB "Social Settings"

Social content url prefix field : Here add your Facbook page i.e. facebook.com/xyz

Click on Apply

Done

Have you tried Facebook Insights? It's their version of Analytics.

 

Do you think some businesses are putting more emphasis on their Facebook page and less focus on their website? ... Have you found that very short posts (<80 characters) get the best interaction? .... Will you try out an Offer as soon as you get the feature? ... The 3 screens of Insights are certainly handy to view on the fly.
