How To Track Social Media Activities Outsourced To A Farm?

    I'm planning to outsource all my social media activities to a social optimization farm.Just getting out of ideas on how to do tracking of their activities on different social sites so that they don't scam me.
    Any Suggestion?

    If they are mature in business they will send you weekly progress reports. Like account statistics and you'll feel the increase in your online visibility.
