I can't really understand what is your question
If you use conversion tracking the adwords code should be placed into your conversion page.
If you don't have acces to this page (as an affiliate) ask your admin to do this, so the conversion code will be activated if a vistor arrives with your affiliate code - In my case it works

I think this is what you're looking for. I know some advertisers use it on our ppc network.

Yeah, as an affiliate that's the one thing that really sucks. You need your code on the checkout page - and usually you're at the mercy of the AM or their IT department to get the thing done. It's hard to track all the way as an affiliate.

You need to be some sort of tracking software. Alot of affiliate programs have it so that you can pass on subids which enable you to still track, even if you cant get your code on the sale / lead page. There are also other tracking programs that actually CAN track all the way through.

Many of the major ad networks work with a handful of affiliate tracking solutions. I think affiliate radar is one that will do it for you. End to end tracking. If you're only working with one ad network, find out if they track subids (most do), and then figure out how to code it into your landing page. It's not that hard. Do some searching for examples.
