How to track a photo by IPTC meta data?

I'd like to know if there's a software or if it's even possible to track all the sites a certain picture has been posted to by searching for a IPTC field from my photo and if so which.

    Anyone know anything about this?

I don't think you can, there is a service I think it is called digimarc but it is like 600 bucks a year to use it.

Hmmm then any idea how paparazzi companies can automatically see if one of their photos is posted on your website? When I talked to someone from Splash News they said they have an automatic software and I assumed it's done with the help of the IPTC data.
