How to: This kind of ad?

I have been noticing a lot of sites having different looking Adsense ads. How can I do these type of ads? They look like they would do a lot better. And it doesn't even say "Ads by Google" on the ads. Here is an example

A premium account? There are different kinds of adsense accounts?

Adsense is actually bollocks. They cut down some of the features they gave to normal publishers and gave them to a new group called premium.

Premium have all area ad clickable. They make 3-4 times more with even better cpc.

Google adsense sucks.

 

Sites with a lot of traffic are premium sites, and they can customize their ads.
