I've added 24 pages to our site which are themed for adding links either on an exchange basis or pay per month basis.

I have linked to the pages in the directory from other sites I have and based on the page ranks calculation chart from compar the pages in the directory should come out at a pr5.

At present I'm working on themeing the pages adequately so the value will go above straight pagerank.

Your advice on how to theme the pages more effectively would be helpful.

Here is a sample page: http://www.homeless.org.au/homeless-finance.htm

When the pages get pr, I'll post in the other section of this forum 'buy sell trade' - but for now I'm hoping to improve the themeing of the pages.

    Thanks - Dominic

There are too many links on the page with the anchor text as just "Homeless" pointing to every other pages on your site. I would change the anchor text to "homeless" + keyword for each category: example: "homeless finance" anchor text linked to homeless finance page. Link to all the categories from your home page with that kind of anchor text. I may not even put homeless as anchor text; the search engines may think having too many keywords (or really high keyword density on the page) as spam.
