How to test my geo targeting? Spoof IP, proxy?

    I want to make sure that the IP based geo targeting is working on my site - how can I test it?

    Does anyone know a proxy site that lists the location of the proxy?
    Or will I have to spoof my IP?

    how can we search local results of a particular country(for whole country, not state or city) on a search engine.
    The search engines give option to choose state or city your nearby. Here we can't choose other country's location.
    But I want to search results from different countries sitting at my native location.
    Please suggest me a solution.
