How to test a landing page before making it public?

    Hey guys,

I'm testing a new product (to be more specific, the product's landing page) and I'm using a different payment processor while I'm working on the
conversion rate so that affiliates can't join and make my tests invalid (different traffic sources will mix up...).

Anyway, is there a way to enable my product on ClickBank but not make it public to affiliates? That would be helpful.

    Thanks!

I think the best way to do that is using paypal first for your tests, and then submit the product to clickbank.

Paypal for testing a sales page???

    LOL

I am not sure if CB has a kind of "sandbox" to "test" your software. Why don't you ask/search in some forums related to clickbank? :)

Thanks for the replies guys, I managed to test using Plimus, so now everything is in working order. I'll be posting a new thread in the ClickBank section with the product details.

    Thanks!

You can also request not to have your product listed in the clickbank marketplace so no affiliates can find it, that way if you don't have an affiliates page and its not listed on clickbank you can still test it without affiliates jumping on board unless they are seasoned affiliates and create the hoplink for themselves.

Upload all of your squeeze pages and just add the links in DP or another forum for peoples advice. Ask which one they were most immediately drawn too, which they would most likely continue the sale with etc...

You can register and upload it to cb but it won't go live until they approve it, but you can test it from there with a test credit card to check it all works.
