How to tell if a page is being cached by a proxy

    Is there any way to verify if a site is being served from a cache?


    I am having some problems with my site and I am suspecting that it could possibly be that it has been cached on a proxy or something like that.

    You may be able to tell by simply looking at the HTTP headers.
