    I think you can use USA directories, US forums and targeted advertising I mean banners and advertising on the USA web-sites.

    set up proxy browser .. so all search will show exactly what your target audience are seeing.. otherwise your seo effort will only help your home country ranking ..not your target country ranking

    You need to register with Google Webmaster tool. Inside, add your website URL, when its verified, you can go to settings and change site targeting to the desired country, that way Google will give you more weight in those selected countries and less in others.

    My website name is www.bd-el.com . But google don't give me chance for adsense program. I was applied . But they denied. They said that there are unaccepted content.Now pls help me that how can i get permission for google adsense?

    That's easy. Read CNN, Reuters, and comments on their blogs. You may get visitors from there. Plus writing a reflection on the current news related to your niche, and link to CNN, Reuters and major US news.
