How to Target Specific FB Apps Like Zoosk

    I saw google ads on zoosk app on facebook , so there should be a way to target this app, but i couldn't find a way to do that through adwords placement targeting.
    when i tried to target zoosk.com, it says the site isn't available for targeting.
