How to target searches inside the site?

    When people google my site, they always get homepage and the latest post. Even if the searched term is in a name of the post from the 5. page.

    What can I do about it?

    Hope I was clear enough ;)

    You should target inner page to rank on search engine. Pick a targeted keywords for your inner page and build links for your inner page using your targeted keywords as anchor text.
