How to target particular page in local area ?

    Can you suggest me or guide me about local SEO ? I have a page which has to target in lucas, texas state . Plz let me how should i proceed in this case . I dont have much knowledge of Local SEO.

    search for listing websites in Texas, do classifieds for local and join groups and friends near that location or in same profession.
