    Hey Guys,

Right now, I'm promoting one of my music blogs and doing bookmarking and forum posting for it.

Well, my blog is ranking very well on couple of keywords but there is only one keyword on which my blog is not ranking in Google. I have been doing some bookmarking and enough forum posting using this keyword but still not getting ranking and this keyword is not much competitive too.

So what kind of stuffs should i do to get ranking on this keyword? How can i get rank for this particular keyword?

I will look forward for ur suggestions. Thanks... :)

Just keep at it. Try targeting long-tail keyword variations aswell as your specific term. Get links from related sites. The more relevant the links are the more weight they will carry. Use blog commenting, forum posting, social bookmarking and article submissions. All of these will help you get these relevant backlinks you need.

Before doing any of this, make sure that your on-page SEO is a good as possible. Check your title, h1 and h2 tags etc...

You can't rank for every keyword in your niche. Pick the most important keywords to you and focus on them. Buy adding additional keyword anchor text to new links with too many keywords, you dilute the effect.

Maybe all your blog contents are seen as not relevant to that keyword in the first place. If I were you, I would create another version of blog post aimed at that particular keyword. Make it specific.
