hi, Newbie here Is there a way of targeting the follwers of another account (not mine) but base on a location? My account is for my equestrian business but my target group is say 20mile radius, now I'm bringing to my place an international rider who has followers all over the uk, and I want to start following the ones in my area, if that helps explain what I'm trying to do!
