how to target for particular keyword

I need to bring a blog for the keyword "vinyl records" . Can you please review the blog for keyword strength nylvi.com.

How much keyword weight should you have on the page, becuase in my content I could probably mentions the word gadgets quite a lot.

I am just designing the pages at the moment so haven't put it online but have sorted out the hosting and the domain name so should have something up soon.
