There should be a button on your keyboard that says 'Print Screen', or it might be shortened to 'Prnt Scrn' or something. Press that, then paste it into a program like Paint. Then save, and upload
    Hope that helped
    Simon :)

The way i have always done it with Photoshop and Windows, is hit Print Screen or "PrtSC" key and then go into Photoshop and past it into a new canvas.

IMO, a good screen capture program is the best way, because with most of them you can choose whether to capture the window or the whole screen, where to capture, whatever, and it directly saves without having to go paste it in paint.
Especially if you have dual-screens, a program is better then print screen (print screen captures both of the screens, and it's a pain to crop :\ )

Does anybody know of a good screen capture program? The old company I used to work for had one but that was like...what...10 years ago? LOL I don't remember the name anymore.

Will give Screengrab a try, though.

I definitely concur that Photoshop is the way to go. But then again a lot of people can not afford Photoshop so then I would recommend using Microsoft word or Paint.

    On the keyboard
hold the "print screen" button, open any image editing software.... such as PHOTOSHOP, MSPAINT
simply open a new document, and Ctrl + V (paste it).

And you got the screen shot.

All good suggestions but just a tip if you are going with the "Print Screen" method. Instead of just hitting the PrintScrn key, use Alt + PrintScrn and it will only capture the active window. This will save you the time of having to crop out the background, task-bar etc.
