You need to take back up of your Joomla website, change name server in domain and upload the same on new server. Please make sure that you also take back up of database properly. I would recommend to you, let this handle through some professional company to avoid any inconvenience in future also I would suggest to you, hire linux web hosting for is of the operation.

this you can do with a few steps:
    1. backup your files & database
    1. by the CPanel click on "backup & restore" and perform a backup
    2. compress all the files on your correct server and download them & download the database from phpmyadmin
    2. copy the files to the new hosting server
    3. import the database
    4. change the connection details on configuration.php with new server details

I am hoping that will help
