I see my pages are copyscape free after some months when i type and checked it , it has been copied by several people, they dont even tell where they take the source. How to take control of this issue, which causes my pages to go into sandbox.. Im taking the pain of writing original content but eventually those efforts are into drain.

I know what you mean. So long as your pages are dated earlier than the clones, Google will eventually "fix" the site rankings for you. As to claiming what's rightfully yours, you may send those who plagiarized your work with a cease and desist note OR hire a lawyer and take legal action. I think Copyscape has a forum and some helpful information to guide you through the process. They're worth checking out.

Don't worry about that. Once google finds that its copied from another site, google decreases their place in search result and their site will land on the worse place possible in search result.

The easiest way to handle plagiarism is to FAX search engines a DMCA. http://bit.ly/13w6Rd They'll remove the offending sites from their index.

They could judge based on the date of indexing of the content.

Should be "How to control plagiarism?".

You have shown what it is for Google to recognize your original.

If you do not have to wait a certain long time.

    hope you succeed.

Google search engine also looks for how old the content is when comparing two articles on two different websites,so the newer article posted woulld easily be recognized by Google if it is copied.

I wonder if the clone site really decreased by google.
Even google knews the article is stolen from us.
Readers don't, how to solve this problem?

How to get clone site stop doing these? Once they found that you had original good posts, they make clones of every articles.

There are no solution. Unless you write an email to a webmaster and ask to politely remove the copied article.

In my experience the articles were removed from the blog within a week.

You can also send a removal request to google, but I doubt if it helps.

Also try http://www.plagium.com/. At least it's free.

Send a threatening (legal) email to the webmaster.

The law is fortunately on YOUR side when it comes to this. Lawyers are more then happy to assist you in sueing sites for stealing your content. You've just gotta be willing to invest the time and money. Otherwise you could always email them pretending to be a lawyer and say you will proceed with legal action if the sites are not taken down. I think this method will be effective :D

I agree to your method, this is more practical and can be done without any fuss.
