Guys i just got stuck with couple of my wordpress blogs and need to take the backup. I saw a plugin there "On-demand backup of your WordPress database. By Scott Merrill." I have activated this plugin but no idea how to take back up n all.
Any help regarding this is highly appreciated :)

Go Manage--->Backup--->then download to your computer OR save it on your server OR email it to your email account.

    You are welcome :)
As you said you've many blogs, doing backups manually would be boring.
If you have cpanel, you could set a cron job and it will back up the databases automatically. You could get more details from here if you want :)

sometime ago I had problems with the backup plugin, it was leaving some tables out of the backup

if that happens to you just insteall myphpadmin and download the whole stuff manually, you cant go wrong that way

It's also easy even from CPanel. Go to Backups then select db.
