How to tag special charecters in google analytics url builder

    Can anyone suggested how to tag special characters in google analytics. What i mean is like, this is google analytics tagged URL
    example.com/?utm_source=google&utm_medium=ppc&utm_term=india%2btravel&utm_campaign=travel
    This one works absolutely fine.

    Problem lies when we have a keyword which include special charecter :
    example.com/?utm_source=google&utm_medium=ppc&utm_term=seguro%2b[/url]vehículo&utm_campaign=travel'
    google analytics is not able to provide proper report if we pass special charecters in the URL...so is there any valid solution..
