How to sync all my social media through wordpress?

Hello Guys,

I want a help from you guys. I wanted to know about a plugin or a way to sync all my Social Media Account to my blog. If i post anything, it should automatically update in all my social media accounts.

Can you please help me on that?

Or you can set up an account at wordpress.com and use jetpack which does a bunch of cool stuff.

Actually i have set up blogs on my wordpress..org account.

 

.org is self hosted wordpress. Those links are plugins for that. You simply need a wordpress.com account to activate the jetpack goodies.
