    Hi all,

I'm having a problem with DreamHost, I used their host 2 yrs, recently my acc disabled by violating their ToS; but my rewards still live; now I want to Cash out my rewards to PP, then they says that my Rewards are forfeited; but they still get more new refferals/new customers from my promo code until now, but they don't want to pay me any, just want me to work for free

Please tell me how to get back my rewards

    Thank

Sounds like you're probably out of luck bud. I'm sure they have something in their ToS about forfeiture following ToS violations. I doubt they'll pay you but if I were you I'd at least take down all the affiliate links...why not just find another host and replace your links with someone else's? Hopefully you can keep on making a little money that way.

important point is they disabled my host acc, but let my aff live, then get more new clicks/refferals/customers through my promotion, but they don't want to pay me any; and my links are all many sites; they still get more from them

No affiliate program is going to 404 affiliate links for any reason. If you still have active links out there, that is obviously something you are going to have to take care of yourself.

As for suing them, are you willing to spend thousands in attorney fees attempting to recover what you are owed?
