You should try to work with them because it isn't going to be worth the expense to sue them in another country - unless you are talking about tens of thousands of dollars.

For a $1000 I wouldn't advice you to pursue them legally. It's going to be horribly expensive and a big pain in the ****. Try mailing them and reasoning with them.

    Cancel payment for no reason?
They should have in tos that payment should be issued within 30 days. But this didn't happen

I have tried but they answer for first email and after that they just ignore the rest.

    It is real shame.

I am willing to make a site about thet how suck they are which will be listed above their domain in google.

Should i do this because it is less expensive.

I would recommend doing that. What company are you an affiliate of that they didn't get you your money?

But how can you be sure it will be listed above their site?

Yah i also got the same problem. But now my suggestion before u contact with any company, check the details from their site. And try to know their business type very well.

    Thank u

What company is it? Also, do you think your going to out SEO the company that has enough capital to offer the kinds of affiliate commissions where you will make over 1k dollars? Good luck with that one. If its a web host, go to webhostingtalk.com and post about it. Unless you are who I think you are and this has been brought up there before.

lol good point about the motivation. However, depending on the size they have hired a SEO expert already. But, you do have over 1000 dollars worth of motivation to get it above them. I think this may be the best way, as taking them to court will cost WAY more than $1k.
