I've asked this question in Azoogle section but got to suggestion. Any affiliate out there with success banner ad please give me some tips on banner ad. i've doing banner ad for awhile now but I am either break even or losing more. my banner got lots of clicks but low conversion. I found few sites with lots of traffics (some of them in the top 1000 sites on the internet in term of traffic) and they have excellent banner ad package. however, all these sites are social sites people who to these sites just for entertainment, chat, etc. not much of content. also, visitors to these are specific ethic group such as chinese, spanish speaking. With so much traffic, I think there is some potential in these sites. however, I've tried some azoogles ads on these sites but without success. all suggestions are appreciate.
It might be the landing page that you are sending people to after they click your banner. It may not convert those potential visitors into sales!
It's all about pre-selling, the design of the site it's on, the topic, etc. If you put a banner for golf on a site about computers, then that will give you most probably many clicks, but no/low sales volume. Target the banner ads to your site and that will help.
