please help me, i have a website: www.ledgrowlight-hydro.com, fist time i submit my products to google base, and google accept it, but report my products missing product_type and the title description is more than 70 characters, so i update my products feed and submit again, but received an email say No items inserted, i try many times and got the same thing, and i follow the link to contact google, but still no response.

Ways to submit the products -

    1. Data Feed – It need creating a data feed which contains all of your content in a single tab-delimited text or XML file. Sending our data feed directly through your Google Merchant Center account, or by using File Transfer Protocol (FTP).
    2. API – Through Google API one can upload new data, update or delete existing items, and query Google Merchant Center data to find matches for complex attribute criteria. - http://code.google.com/apis/base/

    I hope it helps.

Submit again with prescribed description length and with Product type and also check whether your product appears for search terms in Google shopping

upload your data feed (try to prefer XML feed), select your target country and just wait for the outcome. It takes a week or two depends on how you have followed the guidelines.

Have just taken a look at your website - perhaps if you were to correct the way you spelled 'products' then Google might accept it - Google's a 'bot' so will not recognise 'prouducts' - also, your flash is going very quickly and not giving viewers a chance to read them; although Google cannot see them - it can only see text. Check web source to see what Google can see.
