How to submite in MSN and ASK ??????

I have 2 websites

http://smart-insurance.50webs.com

that I want to submite in MSN and ASK
can some1 pls. help me how to submit URL on this search engines

My site took about 2 months for ask to get around to indexing. But other than loading up on good backlinks, this is your best bet.

so it means that Ask will it selft submit ours website to their search engine directory?

if so then WOW thats a better way to get rank

 

To add your sitemap to Ask, create a XML site map called sitemap.xml placing it in your top level directory and then copy the following url into your browser bar

http://submissions.ask.com/ping?sitemap=http://www.[FONT="Courier New"][B]yourdomain.com[/B][/FONT]/sitemap.xml

Code (markup):

replacing yourdomain.com as appropriate and hit enter.

If you're successful, you will see
