how to submit?

    u can submit to any direcories but dont submit excessive other wise ur site will go in spam list....

    If the site is ONLY about india then you can submit to the REGIONAL > INDIA category
    but if the site is general in nature (just focused on a topic regardless of region) then
    you just submit it to the correct category

    either way I don't think you will have problem in being accepted
