    This technique work only for big search engines like Google, Yahoo, Bing etc. All other search engines take too much time to index site. So its good to submit in them for faster caching.

    doesn't work

    I agree submitting to search engines is useless if you wanna target big search engines like google, letting them to discover your site through back-links would work best
