    Dont go for those back links or those websites which offers free back links. They just place links on bad websites or spam. and also they place links on those we pages where the OBL is high ;)

    With free SEO he means to say the SEO process not paid search. Dude, for free SEO search and learn OFF Page Optimization. That includes Directory Submissions, Social Bookmarking, Article Submissions, Blog Submissions and much more !!

    free SEO? even if you do the SEO yourself its never free, even if you have a bunch of free tools you still have to do the work which can be very tedious and time consuming (and you cant put a price on time) but you can get some of the more laborious stuff outsourced for relatively cheap and you can focus on the more difficult stuff

    You mean where you could submit your links for free like forums, blogs, articles etc. You have to find sources related to your industry for submissions.

    Free Seo (organic SEO) is all about onpage optimization as well as off page optimizaton - A free way to get back links through various sources ,for example:-blog commenting,blog posting,forum profiles and disscusion,social bookmarking etc.but this is a time taken process also.you have to wait for the results...
