    1. go to Google Webmaster Tools and then select the site configuration, then click sitemap
    2. click Add / Test Sitemap3. on the menu Add / Test Sitemap enter the url address / sitemap.xml
    3. Add the column blank provided and click the Submit a sitemap.
    4. If the process is successful it will know the amount of content that is sent to google.

    Excellent question. You can submit the Sitemap based on the sitemap protocol or use a text file. You can also use the RSS Feed. "You can create a Sitemap based on the Sitemap protocol, or you can submit a text file or RSS/Atom feed as a Sitemap. How to create a Sitemap." Bloggers, a social network for bloggers also had a discussion on this subject. The discussion linked to this blog post- http://bloglivead.blogspot.com/2012/06/how-to-submit-blogger-sitemap-to-google.html. " The first few steps they list are- "1) Go to http://www.google.com/webmasters/ 2) Sign in to Webmaster Tools with your gmail id and password 3) You can see now a thumbnail and a link of your site. Click on the anyone of them to go to Dashboard of Webmaster Tools. 4) Click on Sitemaps."

    well you can easily submit a sitemap to Google webmaster and Bing Webmasters tools, they both have almost the same concept of adding the sitemap.
    you just need to add the url of site exist on your domain, that's it.

    Just go to Webmaster Tools, select your website in Tool, go to health option than open fetch as Google. then submit URL which you want to add for new posts. it is very simple.

    Blogger is the blog of Google, there is no need for submit sitemap for this.
    If you want to Submit Sitemap, then follow these steps
    1. Login Webmaster tools account
    2. Select your Website or click on your website link
    3. Then You see a 3 Tab 1. Crawling Error 2. Search Query 3. Sitemap, Click Sitemap
    4. After this, click "add/edit sitemap" button
    5. Submit you Sitemap

    It is very easy process to submit a sitemap for blogger. You just need to signup for Google feed burners and then submit the feed url as a sitemap through webmaster. I found a useful step by step guideline here: varyhelp.com. I hope, it will be help you. Good Luck!
