How to submit my website to Social Bookmarking sites

my friends told to write Title, Description, Tags and submit to the social bookmarking sites. but i'm confusing, i mean submitting an article or title, description, tags of my web site to the social bookmarking sites.

i'm really new to these, can someone explain?

Social bookmarking sites are very userfriendly. If you can read, you can submit your site to SB sites.

How to get on first site of digg? That is another story. You have to have interesting story, have some luck or be expert.

 

Digg is hardly a bookmark site. Try del.icio.us or similar websites. There are lists available here on DP.
