1. Wait for atleast two months before submitting to the Google.
2. Do post the unique content of 3-4 in a week, this will help your site getting more indexed.
3. Unique content will also fetch you the traffic, so nothing to worry about traffic if you have quality contents and phrases on it.

i think you should stop applying now. and make your site a bit popular. make it known to Google. and then apply for adsense account.

the easiest way to do is from "indyarocks". they affiliate with google adsense. you will have to upload about 10 picture of yours (anything will do) then u will have to post 5 unique articles if im not wrong and apply for the adsense. it will takes about 10 - 20 hours of approval. if u cant get the approval from adsense, the moderator will tell u what to do to make it approved. i've tried this 3 months ago and it worked.

You must qualify for the guidelines and have an appropriate site.

 

All you need to do is to check the adsense TOS and obey the rules and regulation you will get it.

 

Just search in Google for ways to get accepted in Adsense with or without website of your own.

If I am still waiting to get approved by Google for Adsense, but probably don't have enough traffic, any suggestions as how to increase traffic? I have a static site, but I could open a blog, but it seems only to get spamed (previous blog)
