If you want to do it for yourself then split the work and so it in installments. Otherwise go for a service.
I like Brad Callen's automated software, Directory Submitter. You can use the software free to submit to about 80 different directories, and the process is automated. Carmen
LMAO is funny how everyone here is like a robot with there comments " MANUALLY YOU MUST MANUALLY! " lol anyways Zexy, have you seen success with the autosubmission tool?
Still no luck. I suppose you have to code your own tool for that specific task (submitting a lot of sites to the same category by just entering the captcha). Thanks, fire3fly, but http://directorysubmitter.imwishlist.com/ is not what I'm looking for.
Can someone explain what is so bad about automated directory submission? Is it the speed? Accuracy? You're seen as spam? What is it? I was thinking about using some kind of automated software for article submission but am not sure if that's such a great idea either.
It is truly amazing how many people seem to have not read or understood the OP's question. Sadly I can't help, I only have one website, but my experience of submitting to directories suggests for the most part they only allow one submission at a time, and most have captcha, so it seems you will need to have something coded up for you that also prompts you to enter the captcha every time. If this is the case, then perhaps you should find a programmer who can put together something reasonably cheaply, of course you could also resell the program to other webmasters to recoup your costs.
Semi-auto tools like DigiXmas are a great timesaver and no worse than doing submissions manually. I'm not aware of any tool that rotates automatically thru sites when submitting over a small set of directories but SliQ Submitter is free and it's really easy to switch sites.
Just change the title/description in DigiXmas every 50 directories or so. tajo, finally someone to understand the problem Yes, I think a custom made tool is the only solution here...
Hahahaha at all these sheep, flocking in here saying "manual is better". DP is going to hell, I honestly can't read a single thread without more than half the posts being in broken english with people who have no clue what they are talking about giving advice. How is manual better? ALl the program does is fill out the forms.... It is just saving him typing.... The owner of the directory has no idea whether he filled it our himself, copy and pasted it, or used a program to fill out the forms automatically. I hope you guys are just running up your post count, because you should NOT be giving any SEO advice, you have much to learn.... If I was a mod I would have banned 10 people from this thread, at the least. ________________ Anyway to the OP, yeah you are going to need a custom program, there is no directory submission tool with the features you are looking for. It would be great for people with multiple sites though, I would certainly pick up a copy.
There's absolutely no way to do that, first because digixmas doesn't have that functionality programmed into it and the directory sites themselves don't have a script that allows that. So either way your in the butt and just have to do it one by one. Of course you can just have someone do it all for you so you can just move on to something else.
his question is not about whether which one is better...he is decided to submit it automatically but how is the question..why are you people on with manual vs automatic here..so off topic
