How to style a populated form box?

    I want to make that populated form bigger so it shows more options. It is currently in a CSS file that I didn't make so something might be making it look like that. Please tell me what CSS to write to make that form box bigger. I tried height, but that didn't work. It just pushed the stuff to the bottom down more.
