How To Stop Unauthorized Claims From Paypal

Hey everyone, I am ready to rip my hair out.

I know that not everyone will buy every product that I produce and that there are digital thieves out there and that I should just ignore that they get my products for free which is what I was doing.

But until now it is beginning to get to be a joke.

I want to have instant downloads and everything running on autopilot so I have everything setup with e-junkie and paypal.

But it seems that every now and again someone purchases, gets the download page and then files an unauthorized claim with paypal and because its an ebook I cannot provide proof of purchase and so paypal always refunds the customer their money.

Can someone help me out on this or what I can do, seriously thinking about looking for another payment merchant.

Make some sort of licensing system, or do not allow downloads of your ebook - they must login to view.

Talk to the customer and tell them to send as gift only ,in return you will give the password for the file
