    Is their a tool or a plugin to block spammers from visiton my sites? They load up my bandwidth. Thank you.

    Hmm. If you know the IP addresses you can block them with a IP deny in your .htaccess file.

    That would only stop them from leaving spam. Not using up bandwidth.

    I don't think there is any such tool which can help you do this. You could try to block IP addresses but I don't think it would work. Just try blocking their comments with Akismet and slowly they would stop coming to your blog altogether.

    They should not load that much bandwidth, because they don't load images, js, styles, etc, they load only the main html. Try not showing that much content on the first page, and optimize your wordpress plugins. Maybe installing a cache plugin will help.
