This is an email from one of my tech's whats the best way to go about stopping it?

"I had a call about a tech problem with a guy from river who couldn't logon. He gave me three names and none of them were valid accounts. I looked it up by the phone number and found they have multiple accounts past due and an account which was current. I put that account on hold also and told him that he would have to bring all accounts up to date inorder to get online.

The accounts are under: David Channells, Norman Smith, & Paul Norman."

If a person uses different info, there really would not be a way to stop them from signing up multiple times.

How can I search for duplicate phone numbers/address's? That way I can try and track more of these down.
    Thanks

FileMaker has a duplicate search operator... it's "!" (without the quotes).
