How to stop Plagiarism, and why Google does not consider as duplicate content?

I found that some websites using the RSS feed of my website to copy all my articles without my authorization or acknowledging to the original source and author.

What really hurts me is that the article from the thief websites even comes first in the Google search results sometimes when googling it by its title. (How come Google did not consider it as duplicate content??????)

How can I protect my rights?

I would especially send a warning to chinanews24.net, for which I haven't found its contact information though.

Thank you for your help in advance!

Make sure that you are pinging Google when you make a post, that way Google sees your article first. I have heard that this helps. It's also a good practice to include links within your articles to other pages on your site.

You can request individual pages from their site to be de-indexed from Google. Unfortunately I don't think there's an easy way to submit every URL and they are going to keep copying every story you write so removing single pages isn't really a scalable solution. The form is here: https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/dmca-notice?pli=1&&rd=1

You can also try to find out who their webhost is and send a DMCA takedown notice to their host. The host might hopefully have the power to take down the whole site since they are supposed to terminate accounts of repeat infringers. At that very least, you can hope that if they receive warning from their host about stealing your content, they'll stop copying your feed.

    Thank you all!

I've reported to Google, but as you have said it's not an easy way to submit every URL as they are copying every articles.

I think reporting to its webhost would be a good solution. But unfortunately, I could not locate which company the thief is hosting with. (It seems they protect domain privacy.)

This is the thief website: http://chinanews24.net/

All of my articles (at http://www.chinabuzz.net/) are plagiarized here:
    http://chinanews24.net/?s=chinabuzz&x=0&y=0

Can you please help me find out its webhost?

I know I should be happy that some ones use my rss feed data, but it is bad that in Google result, my articles from the leecher come before my website.

You can use a site like whoishostingthis to find their host. It looks like it's HostDime. Their DMCA info page is http://www.hostdime.com/support/legal/dmca-agreement.php. They don't accept anything by email, you have to physically mail it to them which is obnoxious. Try to find a template for a DMCA takedown notice and fill it in with your info.

dang, you got hit by black hats hard OP.

Usually how it's done is to get RSS feeds of sites that got removed from index if you want easy content...Not from live sites lol.

OR get RSS feeds from live sites as a method of research, not creating actual duplicate content.

Thing is: Duplicate content hurts your site if the content on your site on one page that is duplicated from another page on your site. For some reason there isn't a whole lot of cross site duplication penalties yet because it's difficult to ascertain who created the content.

You can try to file a DMCA, but it might not pass or do much good at all.
Try to contact the guys themselves and ask to take the content down because they don't have your permission to have it on their site. If they refuse, simply use their emails refusing to cooperate as evidence when you escalate the issue.
Try to get a lawyer (or friend in law school ;) ) to send a threatening letter. If they don't listen to the threat, get a real lawyer if you desire. Talking to Google directly also does help somewhat.

Here's some info on the monkeys:

    IP: 64.37.52.32
    Hostname: galaxy.host-care.com
    ISP: HostDime.com
    Organization: HostDime.com

    OrgAbuseEmail: abuse @dimenoc.com
    network:tech-contact: abuse @techsupportco.com

A good way to do this is to send a DMCA notice to the site, his hosting company through fax and to google. This will take care most of things..
