A few months ago I just randomly started getting notifications on my Samsung Galaxy S5 device pertaining to other people's actions. I haven't even used Twitter in a few months, so I have absolutely no idea what caused this to start happening so randomly. For example, I'll get a notification stating that this person, that person, and another person just favorited this person's tweet. Or even that 3 people just retweeted one person's tweet... I don't get it... Can someone please assist me with this? I've tried to turn off Retweets for all users that are mentioned in the notification, but this doesn't seem to help. Even if I do want to see users' retweets, I don't understand why I should be getting a notification for this.
