How to stop google updater ?

    I got google toolbar installed and around 10 PM each night, my computer internet connection slows down and the usual culprit is google updater automatically running about 3 or 4 processes.

    How do I stop google updater auto running?

    If you can find the Toolbar options settings, there may be a place to uncheck automatic updates, and then save the new setting. You just need to look for it.

    Thanks. I have stopped the google update through Start > Run from windows.
