There's no way. All you can do it leave the group and mark the radio box that disallows your friends to add you to that groups again.

There is only one way - unfollow your friend.

    Talk to your friends!
Post on your facebook wall about how it's annoying

    Hi,

    The thing works like below:
    * Only your friends can add you to a new group.
    * You will get notification when you are added to a group.
    * You can leave the group straight away when someone adds you to the group.
    * Once you leave the group no one can add you to the group anymore. Only you can request to get re-added.

There is no way to block your friends to add you to the group. So, the best way is to leave the group if you do not like the group. :)

    Happy Facebooking!!
    Thank You!!!

It is because your friend's accounts are somewhat compromised. They were clicking links which looks likes from trusted news sites but actually it is spoofing links which is pointed to harmful sites. Once your friend visit those sites (with or without intention) they would add any (almost all of them) of their friends to some weird (most of them are private) groups. In some cases, they would keep re-adding anyone to some groups until their account get locked by system due to unnatural activities (adding more than 100-500 peoples to a group in just few seconds isn't a normal activity).

It would be better to educate any of your friends to report that weird groups to facebook's staffs and that group along with the real owner's account would be investigated and locked. By doing so, you and your friend would help Facebook to traceroute the problem and remove any weakness in their system.

The good news is FB already aware about it. However, I see the bug is still not being fixed yet.

Edit: I was Qouting the wrong post but it has been corrected. It is really hard writing using mobile phone ☺

Stop adding people to FB you don't know and you will stop getting spammed.

Unfriend them and it's really needed to be patient and you leave that group one by one.
